**Work Scope of Loader/ Packer**:

- Duties involve preparing raw material for production, being responsible to load the prepared raw material ingredients, assist the extrusion operator to prepare the production line, and check equipment for efficiency, malfunction and deviation from original operating conditions.
- Responsible to encode the formulation according to scheduled (Requirements) and operate the batching system automation.
- Get sampling in process and any issues relating to processing, raw materials and especially Health and Safety must be reported to your Manager.
- Staff also need to be encouraged to highlight and report issues.
- Keep extrusion line and surrounding area clean and orderly and in compliance with 5-S and any lean initiatives.
- Any other tasks as reasonably required such as packing when needed.

**Job Qualifications**:

- Must be physically fit (heavy lifting involves up to 25kg).
- Must have reliable transport to and from work.
- Must be able to work on a shifting schedule.
- Be a fast learn, hardworking and willing to learn
