We're looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our CARTERS Queenstown Yard team. With your commitment to outstanding customer service and support, you might just be the person we've been looking for.

**About the role**
You'll be a key part of servicing your local community to:
- **
Provide timely customer service **by identifying the right products quickly and efficiently, making safe deliveries to sites and loading/unloading trucks both Carters and Suppliers.
- **
Maintain a seamless Carters experience **by demonstrating strong relationships as an ambassador for Carters maintaining store and yard stock levels and product displays.
- **
Contribute to achieving branch sales targets and maintaining** customer loyalty through the provision of quality customer service and utilising effective sales techniques.
**About you**
You'll succeed in this role because you have the following skills, experience and values:

A team player with the right attitude. **You bring an approachable and helpful attitude, and a willingness to lend a hand and attention to detail, making sure our customers receive the correct products.
- **
A real people person. **You have a natural talent for building trust and rapport with our customers.
- **
Basic tech skills. **Knowledge of computer systems and basic operating skills.
- **
Physically fit. **For heavy lifting and the physical aspects of being on the go.
- **
Types of licences. **Forklift (F endorsed) and Class 2 licence endorsement are desirable.
