**What you will be doing**

As an Online Fulfilment Assistant, you will be processing, picking, and packing the orders we receive online for our customers all over New Zealand. The products you will be working with are Natural health supplements, skincare and beauty products. A prior knowledge of retail and or operational understanding is desirable, however you will be given full training in the fulfilment process.

**What we are looking for**
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Prior experience working in administration, is a bonus
- Must be flexible with working hours, some weekend work required
- Knowledge of natural health products, skincare and makeup products
- Physically fit as this is a fast-paced operation
- Excellent communication skills and a high standard of grooming
- Understanding of the fulfilment process preferred but not mandatory

Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work permit.
