Looking for a authentic and dedicated service manager to lead our Dunedin and Invercargill teams.

**Your new role as a Service Manager**
- Managing a busy service department
- Managing preventative maintenance on the rental fleet
- Ensuring quality service is provided to the customers
- Develop our Business with existing and new customers
- Lead the service team ensuring best practice and quality service is provided
- Meeting or Exceeding set KPI's
- A passion for Health & Safety

This position would suit a self
- motivated, energetic, and personable professional, from a materials handling background.

**What you need to be successful**
- Experience in Material Handling business is a requirement
- Have exceptional communication skills and a strong ability to deal with people from all levels
- Experience leading and motivating people
- Have a good understanding of financials, profit and loss, margins etc.
- Take great satisfaction from overcoming challenges and developing your staff
- Excited to be growing our footprint and increasing our customer retention and experience
