The purpose of this role is to supervise and coordinate all business activities in the Warehouse to ensure production and shipping requirements are met.

This role reports to Production Manager.

**Key Tasks & Responsibilities**:

- Implement production, productivity, quality and customer service standards and achieve the appropriate level of volume within time limits.
- Maintain items record, document necessary information and utilize reports to project warehouse status
- Complete daily production reporting and ensure shipping orders are fulfilled and dispatched on time and in full
- Investigate and relay any input and output imbalances
- Organizing and maintaining inventory and storage area

**Skills / Qualifications**:

- Minimum two (2) years’ experience in a similar role or field
- Knowledge of warehouse software packages and MS Office proficiency. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literacy (specifically Work and Excel), problem solving, people skills good planning and time management skills.
