**Key Responsibilities**

- Lead procurement processes across categories, ensuring compliance, probity, and best value outcomes.

- Lead integrated supplier relationship management programs, combining commercial performance, sustainability KPIs, and innovation tracking.

- Engage directly with suppliers, contractors, and clients through site visits, negotiations, and key meetings.

- Drive sustainability initiatives aligned with ANZ commitments, including ESG reporting and training.

- Oversee vendor management, contract databases, and fleet administration.

- Deliver continuous improvement through innovation, cost reduction, and strategic procurement solutions.

- Use data analytics to identify cost‑saving opportunities and sustainability gaps, enabling smarter decisions.

- Champion cross‑functional governance and capability building across commercial, procurement, and sustainability teams.

**What We’re Looking For**

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in procurement or supply chain, ideally within facilities management.

- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills, with proven ability to influence outcomes.

- Proven ability to align procurement strategies with commercial objectives.

- Experience in financial modelling, data analysis, and procurement strategy development.

- Tertiary qualification in business or related field preferred.

- Hands‑on, proactive approach with excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Collaborative, preferring face‑to‑face engagement to build strong relationships.

- Calm under pressure, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
