You've learnt how to work towards a common goal, work collaboratively with others, as well as how to communicate with people from different backgrounds and how to overcome challenges. **We hold those qualities in pretty high regard in the Sales and Marketing Industry** Right now have a pretty funky, tight-knit team. Its small. But they tell us it’s not the size of the team, it’s what you do with it We've masked up, had our shots and have jumped back in to customer facing a couple of weeks ago. We're just getting started, so we're not here to brag, but we're going alright. Most importantly, our clients are pretty chuffed with the job we've done so far It’s a good problem to have, but they're asking us to do more, which means we probably have more work on than our wee team can handle right now. The busy season is about to kick off So, if you’re keen to rip in this Summer.. **Here’s what you need to know;** - No sales industry experience necessary - Full product training provided, ideally, you’re a fast learner - Interact with customers face to face, B.Y.O banter + personality - Work available up to 7 days a week (we told you we were busy) - Work at kiosk promotions and pop-up retail events around Auckland - Learn at your own pace with one-on-one, personal coaching and mentoring - Develop communication and customer service skills to beef up your resume - Uncapped incentives and commissions to feed your competitive streak - Collaborative team environment with upcoming social events (fingers crossed) - International travel is probably off the cards but we have 10+ national travel opportunities to come next year **Let's keep the game-plan simple for the second half** If you’d like to get to know us better, chuck Atlas & Arrow a like or a follow on the socials or hit the APPLY button NOW.
