**What you must have for this role**:

- Minimum of three years of experience in spray painting to finish quality
- Rich knowledge of painting and decorating materials
- Ability and confidence in your brushing, rolling and spraying skills
- High attention to detail
- Health and safety conscious
- Great communication and teamwork

**We will be responsible for**:

- Sanding, cleaning and preparing surfaces to be painted.
- Deciding materials for a particular surface in conjunction with the Paint & Blast Manager.
- Preparing metals by treating them with chemicals or grit-blasting them.
- Choosing and mixing paint.
- Spraying paint or powder-coat objects.
- Baking powder-coat onto metal in ovens.
- Polishing the finished product.
- Being self-motivated and able to work to high standards.
- Working a minimum of 50 hours Monday through Saturday, between 7:30 am and 4:30 pm
- Keeping workspace and tools clean.
