In this job, you will be focusing on all aspects of the warehouse operations. e.g., procurement/receipting, invoicing, picking packing orders, customer delivery, stock handling and other warehouse administration tasks. The job: - Full time permanent, 40 hours a week - Monday to Friday, 6am to 2 30pm - Based at Vogeltown, New Plymouth - Competitive salary between $62k and $65k per annum depending on experience - Excellent training & development opportunities - Warm, friendly, diverse team The job responsibilities: - Procurement, receipting and invoicing. - Pick pack orders from the warehouse according to customer orders. - Place customer labels on the boxes/bags - Organise and fill stock in the dry, chiller and freezer departments - Receiving and checking deliveries - Handling goods receipts and assist with random counts/checks - Administration tasks including managing courier labels, managing our seconds and assisting customers with their pickups. - Ensure workplace is kept clean and hygienic at all times. - Assist in stocktake - Process and document returns as required - Some heavy lifting is involved About you: You will be a dynamic person who can plan and organise the handling and storage of the orders and stock, whilst ensuring to meet current demands. Previous NZ experience and/or knowledge in the warehouse of a similar industry is beneficial. Other requirements: - Good physical fitness for heavy lifting - Forklift licence is a bonus - Knowledge of SAGE ERP is a bonus - Ability to work in a cold environment - High degree of accuracy and attention to detail - Proven record of reliability and a team player - Reasonably good literacy and basic computer skills - Good communication skills - Multitasking ability - Positive and "can do" attitude and adaptable approach - Ability to work under pressure.
