Fixed term positions have become available as a General Hand in our Wetfish Factory on day and afternoon shifts. The role is Monday - Friday, 6:00am to 2.30pm (day shift), and 2:30pm - 10:30pm (afternoon shift), with some weekend work.
In this position you will need to be able to anticipate, thinking and planning and taking appropriate action so that processing downtime is minimized. The role is part of the wider production team and flexibility to work wherever needed to achieve the production plan and meet cleaning, quality compliance and safety standards of the whole shift is expected.
The role requires some physically demanding work, moving machinery in and out of processing position as products change, lifting of materials and manoeuvrability around moving machinery.
