Join us as a Truck Driver in Whanganui

As a Class 5 Truck Driver, you are responsible for on loading and unloading transport trailers and towing them to and from site, hauling material to and from various work sites while ensuring plant is in safe working condition.

In addition to the above you will:

- Monitor truck maintenance including RUC, COF and Regos are current, plus keep accurate, timely and well organised records
- Take part in pre-start meetings - understand the hazards and the plan to control them
- Jump in and help out with the odd bit of labour is required

We’re looking for someone with:

- Current Class 5 licence
- W, T, R endorsements
- Minimum of 3 years practical heavy vehicle driving experience
- Workplace first aid certificate
- Site safe civil passport
- Safe handling of bitumen certificate - Is this one needed or can be preferred??
