This role is for the South Island region with the option to be based out of Christchurch, Dunedin, Queenstown or Nelson & the ability to travel is essential.

**The Role**
You will create a world-class customer experience that drive store performance by executing and elevating the visual brief, and coaching our store team on best practice vm principals
- Deliver the monthly visual directive, support execute vm event set-ups and new store openings
- Collaborate and partner across key business functions to problem solve issues and improve experiences for the team and our customer
- Train and coach store teams to deliver store presentation within the vm framework
- Assess store needs and use your judgement to make locally-relevant decisions that maximise sales
