**The Role**

Our CPF team are on the lookout for a driven individual to support our Account Managers. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity supporting the lower North Island region with preference for applicants based in Hastings.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and assist with the delivery of renewals and new business in accordance with the company operating procedures
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to the sales team and support the underwriting, renewal and new business process
- Coordinate, compile and issue all associated documentation in accordance with the customer service standards
- Build strong working relationships with internal and external customers
- Contribute to or assisting with other projects or other initiatives that will benefit CPF

**Skills and Experience**
- Experience in the insurance industry, in particular with brokers
- Excellent interpersonal, relationship building and communication skills
- You will bring a positive and passionate attitude and the desire to learn about commercial sales and underwriting
- Proactive, self-motivated and someone who enjoys working as part of a team
- Strong coordination and multi-tasking skills
