Since Riviera Hardware Holdings inception in 2009, where we started out with a small local Mitre 10 store in Warkworth, we have grown to be the largest group of stores within the Mitre 10 national network. We are proud to offer our customers a shopping experience like no other in New Zealand’s largest hardware retail store; Mitre 10 MEGA Albany as well as New Lynn, Warkworth, Whangaparoa and Silverdale, all boast Columbus Coffee shops. We also have a Distribution Centre and own our own Frame and Truss Manufacturing Plant.

**Initial roster pattern**:

- Tuesday to Saturday

**Our ideal applicant**:

- ** As we offer one of the best flooring ranges (with carpeting, tiling, laminate and so much more) so any appropriately related experience or hands on DIY experience will be considered.**:

- Dedicated to providing an excellent customer service experience to our customer.
- Willingness to share your passion for DIY with others.
- Able to work one weekend day per week - initial roster pattern will include a Sunday.
- A good level of physical fitness to enable some heavy lifting is ideal.
- Enthusiasm, team spirit and a willingness to learn and further develop.
- There is sometimes a need to move stock or heavy products and so forklifting experience would be advantageous.

**Summary of duties**:

- Assist in the administration and merchandising of flooring related products.
- Work with our customers to ensure product recommendations fit within their visionary requirements and budget specifications.
- Offer product knowledge and recommendations customers, around additional product accessories that might be required to meet their needs and requirements.
