We are a leading data-driven marketing and customer engagement specialist serving some of New Zealand’s largest organisations.

This role will be responsible for the overall delivery of a significant programme of CRM production / campaign delivery for a well-known global brand located in Australia.

This role is a critical part of the successful relationship between trans-tasman offices and will be responsible for providing oversight of the CRM deliverable aspects of wider the overall programme for this account.

This role will require both oversight of work being delivered by Producers, Account/Project Managers and Production teams as well as working closing with key stakeholders in Australia to ensure successful and profitability delivery of the overall programme of work.

**What you will do**
- Oversee delivery of all CRM campaign and projects; empowering the Producers, Account / Project Managers to ensure successful delivery
- Ensure resource needs are identified and raised with wider stakeholders
- Monitoring profitability of the NZ delivery operations and looking for areas for process and estimating improvement
- Collaborate extensively with client service, delivery, strategy, creative, and technical teams
- Able to foster strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, partner agencies as well as internal team members
- Be responsible for managing Producers / Account Managers who are working on this account
- Providing visibility and managing up to date reporting on the current and projected revenue on these accounts as well as identifying areas of opportunity and risk
- Coach direct reports in developing effective leadership in planning, project administration and briefing of client's digital projects
- Management and enhancement of combined ways of working with all parties.

**Qualifications**:
**About you**
- You have solid _project management and/or programme management _experience in a CRM/marketing/advertising role
- Solid understanding of marketing concepts and principles
- Analytical skills, strategic thinking, creative problem solving and ability to work with strategic concepts
- Experience managing people, tasks, and clients in a matrix environment
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple deliverables and meet agreed deadlines
- Enthusiastic personality to work in a supportive team environment
- Exceptional communication and commercial skills
- CRM experience would be preferable but not essential
- Previous client management role would be beneficial but not essential.
