**Who are we?**

Our West Liquor Stores are part of West Auckland Trust Services collectively known at The Trusts. There are 22 West Liquor and Village, Wine & Spirits stores, 4 Liquorland's, 8 hospitality venues and The Quality Hotel Lincoln Green. We are all about keeping things local in our community and giving back to West Auckland.

**The role**:
We are looking for someone who is outgoing, upbeat and able to “wow” our customers with their top-notch customer service. Our West Liquor All Seasons store is looking for a customer focused, high energetic and creative Retail Sales Assistant to join our team.

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Providing outstanding customer service and build lasting relationships with our customers to ensure a great shopping experience
- Assisting with in-store merchandising and building creative product displays to promote our products
- Operate the point-of-sale system accurately, processing all payment types correctly
- Comply with all establishment rules, health, safety and wellbeing regulations, sale of alcohol and tobacco legislation, and emergency procedures

- Strong communication skills, positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Someone who can build strong relationships with customers
- A team player who is flexible and reliable as you will work on a rotating 7-day roster which will include late nights and weekends
- Physically fit and willing to roll your sleeves up to help with heavy lifting, re-stocking the shelves and cleaning
- The ability to deliver retail merchandise strategies with a unique and creative flair
- A learner's attitude and commitment to keep up-to-date with product knowledge and latest trends
- A desire to build a career in retail

This is a Part-Time Sales Professional position with 20 hours guaranteed per week. Multiple positions available.
