**Job Title**: Loss Prevention Officer

We are currently hiring for multiple regions, including:

- **Hawke's Bay** - 2 positions
- **Taranaki** - 2 positions
- **Taupo** - 2 positions
- **Waikato** - 2 positions
- **Bay of Plenty -** 3 positions
- **Wellington** - 2 positions

Are you someone who's honest and has great communication skills? This role may be for you We are looking for permanent, full-time loss prevention officers for an immediate start at our retail sites in Bay of Plenty and other locations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Protection of valuable assets, controlling access to restricted areas
- Provide a strong presence of security
- Prevention of theft
- Physical response to security incidents
- Daily incident reports
- Build and maintain relationships with clients

**Nga pumanawatanga ou - What You Will Bring**
- Must have a current Certificate of Approval (COA)
- One year of experience using CCTV
- Familiarity with or experience using Emplive
- Should know how to use Aura, Xemplo, and Constellation World Manager
- Be physically fit
- Be reliable, honest, and transparent
- Be customer service focused
- Excellent communication skills

- Minimum guaranteed hours: 30 hours per week
