**Role Overview**

As a Grocery Supervisor (Evening), you will lead and motivate the team to ensure efficient operations, high productivity, and excellent customer service. You will play a key role in maintaining stock levels, driving performance, and supporting a positive team culture.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee stock levels, ensuring shelves are full and out-of-stock items minimised
- Train, mentor, and support team members to perform at their best
- Assist in managing rosters and work hours to maintain wage budgets
- Lead by example to maintain store standards, efficiency, and safety
- Provide great customer service and resolve queries professionally
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, and store policies
- Enable teamwork, accountability, and a positive work environment
- Who We’re Looking For
- Leadership experience in a retail or grocery environment
- Ability to inspire and develop team members
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- A hands-on, proactive, and customer-focused approach
- Physically fit (able to lift up to 25kg)

**You will need**
- Computer literacy and basic numeracy skills preferred
- Eligibility
