We serve a population of approximately 259,000 for the major population centres of Tauranga, Katikati, Te Puke, Whakatāne, Kawerau and Ōpōtiki. Te Whatu Ora Hauora a Toi Bay of Plenty is one of the Bay of Plenty's largest employers with over 4000 staff.

This is a new position working alongside the Acute Care team, in the clerical space shared with the Paediatric team.
The successful applicant will be responsible for the provision of high quality, accurate administration and customer service support to patients, families, health professionals and all other external and internal customers.

- A customer service philosophy and a quality focus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Well-developed administrative and organisational skills with a high level of attention to details and accuracy and work well under pressure
- Strong time management skills
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills and the ability to pick up new tasks easily
- Be proactive, energetic, and adaptable
