**Te tūranga | The role**:
We have an awesome opportunity for a Customer Specialist star to join the friendly team within our Advice Centre based in Queensgate, Lowerhutt.
As a Customer Specialist, you will be dealing with a broad range of banking queries and requests from Customers. ASB offers innovative online offerings, and you will help support and educate our customers on the various banking solutions and options available to them.
**This is a full-time position working 40 hours a week, on a flexible roster, Monday to Sunday.**
You will be busy serving customers each day via a number of channels, while also maintaining the branch operations.
**Ō pūkenga | About you**:
We are looking for people who can build relationships, learn fast and respond quickly, and are passionate about providing memorable customer experiences. Your ability to educate customers on our digital and self-service channels will be both rewarding and satisfying. Confidence in learning our offerings and asking the right questions will ensure you are tailoring personalised solutions for customers.
