ECL Group is a leading provider to the New Zealand petroleum industry, offering design, installation, and maintenance services to a range of clients.

Currently, we have an exciting opportunity for a Tank Reline Supervisor to join our team, ideally based in Penrose. You will be primarily responsible for providing and supervising the successful planning and on-site delivery of the underground fuel tank reline programme and associated site projects for a key client.
You will effectively lead the delivery of a variety of construction-based tasks, ranging from tank and pipework installations through to full site builds.

**To be successful in this role you will need**:

- Solid technical experience in civil, engineering, fitting, or similar roles with strong site supervisory skills
- An excellent understanding of HSE requirements and be passionate about ensuring the safety of all those involved with on-site operations
- The ability to understand, interpret and follow construction drawings and specifications
- Experience working on commercial construction sites and hazardous environments
- Possess strong communication skills, with the ability to work with and build relationships with multiple parties including colleagues, clients and subcontractors
- Good judgement and excellent, practical problem-solving skills with a proactive working style
- A degree of flexibility around working hours - this is not always a Monday-Friday job, plus be prepared to travel and stay away from home where required
