As a Produce Packer, you will be responsible for sorting, packing, and preparing fresh fruit and vegetables for delivery. You’ll play a key role in ensuring customers receive high-quality produce while helping to minimize food waste.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, organization, and being a key part of a fast-moving packing environment. While you may be involved in general packing duties, your primary focus will be **managing the flow of produce, crates, and packing materials** to ensure an efficient production process. Please note this job is two days per week - **WEDNESDAY** & **THURSDAY, starting at 7am to 5.30pm.**

**Key Responsibilities**
- ** Replenishment & Stock Handling**: Keep packers stocked with produce by efficiently moving crates, consolidating stock, and ensuring fresh produce is always available.
- ** Warehouse Organization**: Maintain a tidy and organized packing floor by sorting and consolidating crates, stacking pallets, and breaking down cardboard.
- ** Equipment Handling**: Operate a pallet jack safely to transport produce and materials around the warehouse.
- ** Heavy Lifting & Logistics Support**: Assist with heavier tasks, including moving bulk produce and ensuring smooth transitions between packing shifts.
- ** Packing Assistance**: Step in as needed to support regular packing duties, ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A reliable, hands-on worker with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 20kg and handle physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Experience using a pallet jack (or willingness to learn).
- Must be available for both production days—single-day availability won’t be considered.
- Flexibility with hours to accommodate potential production delays.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of warehouse tidiness.
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or packing experience is a plus but not essential.
