As a **Surface Mount Technology (SMT) Operator**, you'll play a crucial role in producing high-quality radio equipment and ancillary products. Your work ensures our surface mount production lines operate efficiently, maintaining high standards while minimising waste.

This dynamic role involves working with a variety of equipment and components, offering a diverse range of tasks across your weekly shifts.

**_ Key Responsibilities_**
- Assist with or operate the surface mount technology line, including automatic assembly equipment.
- Handle components, set up, and adjust equipment to meet production and delivery needs.
- Collaborate with the wider surface mount team to address issues and share progress updates.
- Solve machine and placement issues, perform quality inspections, and rework when needed.
- Follow established safety and efficiency procedures.
