**Job Description**:
We are passionate about ensuring our customers have a great experience in store. Our goal is to bring products off the shelf, out of the box and bring it to life - we want to inspire the customer and spark their imagination.
Our busy storerooms are the driving force behind the store networks success. Our storeroom team connect everything together, getting jobs done quickly and efficiently - they are our hidden heroes
Reporting to the Store Manager, and supporting the wider store team, you'll be the hub for all things stock-related. You'll coordinate incoming and outgoing stock, customer orders and product repairs. You will check product availability and ensure the inventory system is up to date and accurate. You can also expect queries from our customers too, when you are on the shopfloor.
This role is all about being able to own and deliver an effective stock management process in a fast-moving, interactive environment. Are you the ultimate organiser to join our team?
This role involves Installation Specialist duties where no day is ever the same. When in one of our stores you will be responsible for the setup of technology, connecting of customers to service providers such as Vodafone as well as training and educating our customers on ways to make the most of their tech On days that you are helping on the road you could be deploying WiFi solutions or Television installations for customers.
Above all, you will be a passionate team player who takes pride in delivering a memorable experience to our customers.

**Qualifications**:
To be successful in this role, we are looking for customer focused individual with a high level of organisation. With this in mind, you will have a head that works to constant deadlines all the while ensuring customer satisfaction is paramount. Dealing with stock on a daily basis requires a person that is a reliable team player who doesn't mind rolling up their sleeves and ploughing through the work
