**The opportunity**:
In this role you will ensure that the packing and presentation of all meat is undertaken as per the business guidelines/expectations.
- Immediate Start
- Role: Permanent, Full time
- Days and hours of work: Sunday to Friday, 8-9 hour shift between 5pm-5am
- Location: Mangere, Auckland

**The role**:

- Packing and labelling meat products
- Operate vac pack, other equipment and machinery
- Doing varying tasks including: cleaning to a high standard, some meat preparation if required (full training provided) and completing Food Safety records General labouring
- Ensuring quality control standards are met and maintained
- Following all Food Safety and Health and Safety processes to a high standard
- An ability to follow instructions and to work under pressure
- Good level of physical fitness and be able to lift up to 25kgs.
- Attention to details.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Have the ability to complete paperwork required for Food Safety standards.
- Comfortable to work in a cold environment
- Reliable transport to work and willingness to learn
- Experience with meat processing and packing will be beneficial.
- Be flexible in the role and take on additional tasks as required
