As our Service Manager, you'll be the driving force behind a talented team, coaching and supporting them to unlock their full potential. Your primary focus will be on fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

- **Ensure Quality**:Oversee the delivery of top-notch services, enhancing operational quality and consistency across our team and the broader Regional Service delivery group.

- Proven experience in leading, motivating, and developing high-performing teams.
- Ability to work effectively in diverse environments and promote an inclusive workplace culture.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with the skill to convey complex ideas clearly.

- Demonstrated ability to mentor, coach, and develop team members, fostering their professional growth.
- Strong ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and building effective relationships.

The appointing salary for this role will be between $97,208 and $125,683 based on skills and experience.
