We are seeking an experienced **female** Support Worker or Nursing student currently living in **Whakatane or Kawerau**. We have an amazing opportunity to work with a lovely client in a residential care-based situation where we need to ensure continued high quality service and care is consistently delivered. You will be provided with training and will work with guidance and/or support of highly trained personnel.

**Crucially, you can demonstrate**:

- Excellent communication skills, kind, caring and positive in nature.
- You are a quick learner and able to integrate into a team quickly
- Being customer-focused as a key strength of yours, you’re genuinely a helpful person ensuring the needs of the customer are always met/exceeded
- You can be depended upon to turn up to your agreed shift to deliver high-quality care of our clients
- You are a Level 2 or above qualification in Health, Disability and Aged Care
- Previous experience in complex care is essential
- You have the right to live and work in NZ
