**About the role**
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who can easily leverage from their existing networks, referrals, and find creative ways to generate new business
In this role you’ll be responsible for the management and growth of your own portfolio of clients, within the food and agribusiness sector.
You will naturally be relationship driven, focussing on how you can give more value-add to your client portfolio through innovative ideas and your passion for the rural sector.
- Solid experience in a similar role - ie relationship management gained within rural agribusiness banking or business / corporate banking with an agri focus
- A good understanding of sheep, beef, dairy
- A sound knowledge of the rural industry and specialised financial products
- Strong interpersonal, relationship and communication skills
- High level of personal integrity and a strong customer focus
- A tertiary qualification in finance, economics, accounting or agriculture would be advantageous
- The ability to collaborate and work well as part of a team
You will demonstrate the ability to balance Structure and Pricing for risk/reward and have the proven ability to collaborate and take transaction/request ownership within core deal team.
