We are a fast-growing team of passionate people dedicated to delivering healthy organic food boxes across New Zealand. Think of us as an online farmers’ market. We are growing and look for more **packers**. In this role, you work in a team to pack boxes or organic produce and grocery products with care and accuracy - just like you were putting a box of food together for your own mother.

**Job Requirements**:
The role is part time**:Wednesdays**from 6:00am to approx. 3-5pm, when the pack is finished for the day. Times and days may shift from time to time. We are looking for people to join our team on a **casual** basis.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Work on the packing line to weigh and pack produce with attention to detail and care
- Be a quality control star, ensuring the produce quality that goes in the boxes is at its best
- Assist with the set up, cleaning and pack down
- Assist the Hub Coordinator to ensure the smooth running of Packing Day

**You must**:

- Be accountable and take initiative to suggest and implement constant improvements
- Have a passion for organics
- Have reliable transport to the North Shore
- Have an excellent command of written and spoken English
- Have a very positive can-do attitude
- Have compassion to others and a good sense of humour
- Be physically fit and be able to lift boxes 15kg plus

You have a strong work ethic and eye for quality and detail. You enjoy working with a team passionate about supplying New Zealanders with food that's good for people, good for families and good for the planet.
