**About the role**:
UP Education is a leading multi-sector education group delivering Vocational Education & Training, Higher Education, University Partnerships and Online Education across Australasia. We currently have an exceptional opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator to join our high-performing marketing team. You will form a key support layer to coordinate marketing activities and to support the Marketing Campaigns Manager and the Head of Domestic Marketing. This role will be focused on supporting the delivery of a broad range of marketing activities as well as, from time to time, supporting on Campaign Activities when we are in campaigning mode.

The role requires the ability to multi-task as you will be working on multiple projects at once. You will also need some copy writing skills, excellent project and production management skills, a keen creative eye and the ability to form close relationships with our team’s core stakeholders - campus staff, sales staff, finance.

Some of your key responsibilities will include the following:

- Co-ordinate and project manage key events for our vocational colleges
- Social Posting
- Brand Projects
- Collateral Development
- Digital Support
- Support the Web Content and Optimisation Specialist and Campaigning team on updates to the websites
- Finance Support - raise and receipt POs as needed

**About you**:
You will posses at least two years experience in a marketing or communications role where the work is varied across marketing activities, reporting and project work.

Proven ability to support on general marketing activities and prioritise work across multiple projects is a must for this role.

You will also possess the following attributes:

- Experience in managing social media pages ideally across Facebook, Instagram and TikTok
- Proven ability liaising with sales team and business units on key marketing elements
- Excellent relationship management skills
- Budget Management skills
- Ability to assess and feedback on creative concepts
- Preferred experience in Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator and Canva
