**THE ROLE**

As their newest Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the team and store, ensuring that your team is delivering outstanding customer service and achieving sales targets.

You will also be responsible for managing inventory, visual merchandising, and ensuring that the store is operating at peak efficiency.

With your proven track record of success in the retail industry, you will have the opportunity to lead a dedicated team of professionals and make a significant impact in the lives of the community they support.
- Drive business performance through the store teams to deliver all company objectives in an engaging and inclusive way.
- Grow the store teams' retail and leadership capability through individual development plans that promote a culture of success and accountability.
- Monitor, measure, and hold the team accountable for the execution of operational expectations - with a strong focus on team engagement, and Health & Safety.
- Identify opportunities and/or gaps in the offer to drive performance and results.

**THE RIGHT FIT LEADER**
- Luxury, pharmacy, or optics experience is highly regarded
- Must have a demonstrated capability in employment relations, process improvement, and health and safety in a service-based retail trading environment.
- Strong financial and business acumen - exposure to PnL.
- Experience in leading a business through transition and to grow.
- Strong communication skills - a real people leader (Hands-on).
