Forklift Operators Needed

Our client is looking for Forklift operators in Hornby for their peak summer season. Shifts are mainly 4x4 rotational shifts: First 2 days - 6am-6pm followed by 2 nights - 6pm-6am, followed by 4 days off. Other shift patterns are: 4 x 4 Days: 4 days 6am-6pm followed by 4 days off 4 x 4 Nights: 4 Nights 6pm-6am followed by 4 nights off.

Our client is looking for Forklift operators in Hornby for their peak summer season.

Shifts are mainly **4x4 rotational shifts: First 2 days - 6am-6pm followed by 2 nights - 6pm-6am, followed by 4 days off.**

Other shift patterns are:
4 x 4 Days: 4 days 6am-6pm followed by 4 days off

4 x 4 Nights: 4 Nights 6pm-6am followed by 4 nights off.

**Pay Rate: min $25ph/ hour with 8% holiday pay accrued on top of this.**

**This role involves**:

- Variety of manual tasks
- Assisting in the lifecycle of the product
- Following production guidelines and specifications
- Finalising and packaging products for shipment
- Monitoring the assembly line and removing faulty products
- Working on the production line and meeting production targets
- Reporting any issues to the supervisor on duty

**We are looking for people with the following skills**:

- Sharp eye for detail
- A pro-active personality - quick to ask if unsure of things, and quick to reach out if teammates need assistance
- Reliability and good attendance records from previous roles
- Great communication skills
- Ability to work in wet and humid environments (Protective PPE is provided)
- Passion and great team effort
