Develop and deliver campaigns through Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Be involved in campaigns that drive behaviour change

In this role you’ll work with a group of passionate individuals who collectively work together to drive customer outcomes through eMail and SMS communications. With the acquisition of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, we are looking for someone to help us get campaigns live via the platform, including building journeys and reporting (in partnership with the Marketing Cloud Product Owner and the Digital Marketing Team).

Supporting the Digital Marketing team, you will work together to develop and deliver multi-step communications via digital channels.

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and integrate data for targeted campaigns
- Manage and maintain the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform

**What will you bring?**
- Experience with data segmentation and personalization
- Experience with A/B testing and campaign analysis
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
