**About the Role**:

- As a Vocational Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting individuals to discover and develop their unique passions and talents.
- You will work closely with a support worker to facilitate daily programs designed to enhance personal growth and empowerment for our clients. Your work will include coordinating a variety of activities, work experience opportunities, voluntary placements, and providing guidance on pathways to further education.

- **Key Responsibilities**:

- Support our clients in identifying and developing their strengths, interests, and vocational goals.
- Lead and facilitate engaging program activities that build skills and confidence.
- Coordinate and supervise work experience and voluntary placements.
- Assist clients in exploring options for further education or training.
- Collaborate with the support worker to ensure the smooth running of daily programs and services.
