**What You’ll Be Doing**
- ** Strategic Vision**: Develop and deliver short-term (2-year) and long-term (10-year) investment plans for our overhead network assets.
- ** Innovative Leadership**: Collaborate across teams to drive projects from concept to completion, ensuring customer, operational, and planning needs are met.
- ** Future-Proofing**: Ensure network resilience through proactive planning for climate change impacts.
- ** Data-Driven Insights**: Assess asset health and performance, using advanced tools to model risks and guide investment decisions.
- ** Standards Development**: Lead reviews of equipment standards, investigate failures, and contribute to the adoption of new technologies and materials.

- ** Qualifications**: You hold a BE or NZCE qualification (or equivalent) or bring at least 12 years of experience in electrical distribution systems, particularly in overhead line design, maintenance, or construction.

- A solid understanding of asset lifecycles, risks, and health modelling.
