We’re seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a hunter’s mindset to find, cold call and screen potential customers who can benefit from our products and services. All of the scripts and training that you will need to succeed are supplied.
As the first line of communication with prospects, ideal SDRs will have the right mindset to put in the hours on the phones, and achieve their monthly KPI’s (for a very generous commission scheme.) You should be a quick learner with strong communication skills.
This is a new role due to growth, with plenty of opportunity around you to grow and go down many different avenues. Parallo is a part of the Crayon group, with over 3000 employees operating in 50 countries, so there is always opportunity within the group.
This is a new role due to growth, with a clear career pathway to a Sales Exec role. There is a base salary plus generous commission scheme on offer.
**Objectives of this Role**:
- Understand what our services include and how they help many SaaS businesses around the world.
- Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives for next steps
- Work together with our BDM’s to create a dream team duo that brings in the deal, and closes the deal
**Daily and Monthly Responsibilities**:
- Utilise our Sales CRM, cold calling scripts, and various software tools to ensure your success.
- Be coachable and open to suggestions on ways to improve.
- Achieve monthly targets of meetings booked.
- Be willing to build out your own list. You will have help with this, but you will also be required to do this yourself. (Don’t worry, you’ll be shown all the ways to do so if you’re unsure of how to)
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
Ideally you'll be a high achiever in your current role, exceeding targets, and perhaps feeling undervalued. Our generous commission scheme sees high performers rewarded.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Proficiency with Hubspot or other CRM software
- Proficiency with LI Navigator
- Prior experience as a sales development rep with a track record of achieving sales quotas
Note: These would be ideal, but above all else, we’re looking for attitude over experience. You will be mentored and coached to be the best you can be in this role, all you need to do is be willing to put in the work for the great reward
