We are looking for Cleaners for our business who will be required to deliver cleaning services at different commercial sites within the Auckland region. The job responsibilities include:

- Perform cleaning services at various commercial sites like hospitals, schools, commercial buildings etc.
- Empty containers, bins and trays; remove rubbish and recyclable material
- Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to clean floors, work areas and machines
- Remove dust and dirt from ceilings, walls, overhead pipes and fixtures
- Strip wax from floors, re-wax and polish floors.
- Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
- Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and undertake special projects.
- Notify management if any deficiencies occur or it needs repair.
- Make adjustments and minor repairs (if needed)
- Clean and disinfect wet areas and report defective plumbing they need fixtures.
- Remove residues from machines, ships, furnaces, boilers and tanks
- Sand-blast building exteriors.
- Stock cleaning supplies if they replenish.

You will be required to work for a **minimum of 30 hours per week**.

**Other Requirements**:

- Available to work on weekends
- Attention to detail
- Driver's license is highly preferred.

**Salary**: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability
