**Responsibilities**
- Build boats using traditional and modern techniques
- Interpret and follow boat plans and specifications
- Boat refit and repair
- Work with a variety of materials, including wood, fiberglass, and composites
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects
- Conduct quality control inspections on finished boats

**Requirements**:

- At least 2-3 years of experience in boat building
- Knowledge of traditional and modern boat building techniques
- Ability to interpret and follow boat plans and specifications
- Experience working with a variety of materials, including wood, fiberglass, and composites
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Commitment to safety
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a physically demanding environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

**Salary**: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
