We are looking for an experienced Manager with a great attitude to take over Restaurant operations whilst comfortably run all sections.
- Managing the team to full potential
- Overseeing all kitchen operations.
- Ensures that the production, preparation and presentation of food are always of the highest quality and food is served in a timely manner.
- Food intolerance and allergy respect and awareness
- Coordinating kitchen staff and assisting them as required.
- Training staff to prepare and cook all the menu items.
- Stock take of ingredients and equipment, and placing orders to replenish stock.
- Keeping up to date with industry trends.
- Receiving feedback and making improvements where necessary
- Enforcing safety and sanitation standards in the kitchen.
- Ensure Food Safety standards are maintained to the top grade.

Applications for this position should have NZ Residency or Valid Work Visa

**Salary**: $30.00 per hour
