**About the role**:
We are seeking for our Mitre 10 MEGA in Glenfield a Checkout Operator - permanent, full time (40 hours per week). The shifts will be Wednesday to Sunday. You will ensure all customer queries are being taken into account and escalated where required, work on the point of sale checkouts and other functions as required.

This role is front-end and customer facing, it requires you to bring an intermediate level of computer literacy and would suit someone with a passion for customer service.
