**About this Role**

In this role you will be working in a collaborative team environment where you will enjoy using your expertise and knowledge of the law to provide practical advice that will help people and legal entities navigate a stressful or challenging situation. The Dispute Resolution Team at HFL works across a broad range of interesting and challenging matters involving relationship property, employment, trusts and estates, and commercial disputes.

**What you will bring**
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a civil litigator.
- First class dispute resolution skills and the ability to navigate complex problems and settle matters.
- Effective file management skills.
- Comfortable working across a variety of matters.
- Experience across a number of Court environments, including the District Court and High Court.
