To be part of our growth in the region, we are looking for a Civil Engineer to join us and work with our key clients. Project work encompasses the full spectrum, from small to large, across all parts of Aotearoa. Every day will provide you with new challenges and look a bit different; overall, this role will see you:

- Delivering projects to clients within agreed scope and budgets.
- Continuously challenge yourself and your peers to improve our design process and be innovative.
- Collaborate and undertake conceptual designs through to developed design and for construction, producing construction documentation as part of a team.
- Develop through mentoring and mentoring others to grow a successful career.
- Foster client relationships that contribute to repeat business.

**About You**

We are looking for passionate people who desire to work on meaningful projects across Aotearoa and further afield in a multidisciplinary business. We are considering people from all backgrounds; although the below may be advantageous, you may have one, a couple or none of the below; we want to hear from you
- A tertiary-level qualification in Engineering
- Experience using 12d, Civil3d or equivalent software.
- Familiarity with local, regional and New Zealand standards.
- Ability to undertake local road and private access design and three water assessments and designs.
- Experience in general civil design and construction, including stormwater, geometrics, active modes, earthworks or utilities. What we offer
