We are looking for a 3-Waters Manager, a people leader with technical expertise who will develop and enhance a high performing team responsible for the successful and sustainable delivery of water, wastewater and stormwater services across the Tararua District.
Reporting to the Group Manager - Infrastructure, this role requires a passion for leadership, water and wastewater services, and for supporting Council to successfully meet commitments to our community in a positive and focused way.
We offer the opportunity to give effect to real positive change for the Tararua district. You will have a direct impact on the direction and wellbeing of our communities, and diverse opportunities to further develop your leadership and technical skills.
- Providing proactive strategic leadership to the 3-Waters team, guiding and collaborating with others in a diverse and challenging environment.
- Providing professional strategic advice and support to the Group Manager - Infrastructure and wider Council organisation.
- Overseeing the successful delivery of water, wastewater and stormwater services, informing the direction of our district and associated investment requirements.
- Developing and enhancing trusted and collaborative relationships with staff, elected members, iwi, suppliers and key stakeholders.
