**_The Role:_**
This role is based in Hastings New Zealand and you will primarily be responsible for the design of electrical systems for our products. You will be working across multiple projects at one time and supporting R&D and Innovation with their ongoing projects. It is an integral part of the team working with Mechanical Design, Automation, Electrical Operations, Projects, and Workshop to provide solutions for our customers in an efficient manner. You will lean on your strong organization and communication skills to be successful in this role as you work alongside multiple teams in the business.

**_About You:_**
- Have an Electrical Engineering Degree, NZCE Electrical or Electrical Trade Qualified
- Competent in Microsoft AutoCAD Electrical is preferred, not essential
- Experience in the food / dairy industry is preferred, not essential
- Have knowledge and understanding of electrical regulations
- Have knowledge and experience of machine safety standards and design
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Work as part of a team and independently when required
- Be solution focused 100% of the time
- Be a team player
