Your focus will be on business partnering with the site to enable value creation by improving the quality of business decisions and ensuring that decisions lead to action.You will be partnering with our Wiri site, Procurement, and other parts of our baking business.

**Purpose of the Role**
- Business partner with the Wiri site and procurement in ensuring that they both get the required level of support and challenge to improve the quality of business decisions_. _This would include;_
- Consolidating and preparing management reports
- Coordinating budgets and forecasts
- Analysingresults, providing meaningful commentary & challenging the business.
- Lead key business and functional projects
- Product costing and working with marketing on new product development
- Provide leadership to one direct report

**About You**
- Finance business partnering experience.
- Management accountant experience
- Previous experience & accountability with running a site P&L and production costings.
- System knowledge and experience with SAP, Tableau (desirable)
- Ability to influence key stakeholders
