**About Us and Job brief**

We are a paradise for chicken lovers with multiple options of kebabs, rolls, skewers burgers, etc but we also have variety of mouth-watering vegetarian options to choose from. We provide Dine-in as well as delivery options for our foodie friends.

We are looking for 3 Kitchen Hands who are quick-thinking multitasker, who can perform a wide range of tasks in a fast-paced kitchen environment. It is essential that you are a reliable member of staff who exemplifies great time-management and communication skills.

**Responsibilities**
- Assisting the chef in the preparation and cooking of food, as required
- Washing, disinfecting and polishing dishware based on company procedures
- Maintaining order and cleanliness of the kitchen, food preparation areas and service areas based on industry and company standards
- Cleaning general utensils and kitchen equipment
- Cooking, toasting and heating food under the supervision of Line Chefs
- Assembling and preparing food ingredients for cooking
- Restocking kitchen supplies and maintaining equipment as needed
- Packing food and drinking trays for serving
- Weighing, transferring, checking and storing food ingredients
- Implementing all hygiene and Health & Safety regulations

**Requirements**:

- Capacity to work as part of a team
- Good personal hygiene
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to follow directions and safety requirements
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively
- High aptitude for following workplace guidelines, procedures and policies
