Our client is a high-quality full-service legal practice in sunny Tauranga, and they seek a dedicated Relationship Property Solicitor to join their friendly and professional team that puts people first.
They are seeking a Solicitor who can bring some experience in both transactional (e.g., pre/post relationship contracting out Agreements) and contentious (e.g., Family and High Court proceedings, settlement conferences, and defended hearings) relationship property matters.

**About You**
Ideally, you will be:
- A NZ qualified lawyer with 1-2+ years’ PQE from another private practice.
- Prior experience in relationship property is essential.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
