As a medium-sized civil construction company based in Auckland and canterbury, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality projects across New Zealand.

We are looking for five Builder's labourer for Auckland region.

The employee’s job duties and tasks are included, but not limited to the following:
Role Overview:
As a Builder's Labourer, you will play a crucial role in various construction projects, including residential, commercial,
and industrial sites. You will work alongside skilled tradespeople to ensure projects are completed on time, within
budget, and to the highest standards.
As part of this role, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards (but not limited
to):

- Assist in the construction and renovation of buildings and other structures.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Follow blueprints and building plans to meet the needs of clients.
- Prep construction sites by cleaning obstacles and hazards.
- Load and unload building and construction materials, tools, and equipment and transporting them around building

sites.
- Erect and dismantle scaffolding on required jobs.
- Erect lifting tackles, attach pulleys and blocks to fixed overhead structures, attach

slinging gear to hoisting equipment and objects to be moved using clamps, hooks,
bolts and knots.
- Fit and bolt tubes, support braces and components to form bases and build up

scaffolding
- Shrinkwrap to create a temporary barrier around the scaffold to protect structures

from weather and other elements.
- If holding the relevant licence, drive required vehicles to and from various jobs.
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed at all times as per

Company Policy.
- To raise any safety concerns with the Operations Manager.
- Participate in weekly toolbox meetings.
- To uphold the work standards and policies of Maa Khodiyar NZ Ltd at all times.

*Required Qualifications, Experience, and Attributes**
- No formal qualifications required.
- Previous experience is not mandatory, but construction experience is advantageous.
- A valid driver’s license is preferred.
- Relevant certifications, such as a first aid certificate, are desirable.
- Experience working at heights is a plus.
- Good physical fitness to meet the demands of the role.
- Punctual, organized, and able to multitask with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- On the job, training will be provided.
