**Calling all legendary Baristas We are looking to fill various Barista vacancies across the Wellington Region**

With over 30 venues in the Wellington CBD and surrounding suburbs, Kāpura has venues to suit everyone. We are looking for Duty Managers to join teams in venues across the Wellington region - from our busy waterfront venues to our locally loved suburban venues We have a strong focus on career progression, so if you are looking for an environment where growth is encouraged, Kāpura is the place for you
- $25-$26 per hour, based on your skills and experience_
- This is a full-time position with a minimum expected week of 30 hours per week._
- Due to the nature of hosptiality, we are a 7-day business, shifts will vary from morning to night and days will vary._

**What we’ll love about you**:

- You’ll have a couple of years hospitality experience and at least 1 years experience as a Barista
- You will have a genuine interest in all things coffee
- You will have a passion and desire to surprise and delight everyone that walks into the venue
- You understand the difference between “customer service” and creating a fantastic “customer experience” - creating the feeling of manaakitanga in the venue, with customers and with your team
- You will be energetic and enthusiastic with great communication skills
- You are going to be a team player with the ability to build great relationships with customers and team members
