**About the role**

You'll be a key part of servicing your local community, alongside the busy customer service team, to:

- ** Provide timely customer service **by identifying the right products efficiently, assembling and loading customer orders and processing sales documentation.
- ** Maintain a seamless store experience **by unloading product deliveries on-site and monitoring yard stock and product display levels.

**About you**

You'll succeed in this role because you have the following skills, experience and values:

- ** Types of licences. **A full and clean NZ Drivers licence with a forklift licence being a bonus
- ** Physically fit **for the occasional heavy lifting
- ** A team player with the right attitude. **You're approachable and have a helpful attitude, as well as a willingness to lend a hand and 'muck in' when needed.
- ** A real people person. **You have a natural talent for building trust and rapport with customers.
